We respectfully report the following
event, which is delaying our progress :
Rooms 45 - 54 still
full of scaffolding, which continues to prevent us from starting Electrical 1st
fix. Please see our notices dated
11/3/95, 18/3/95, 25/3/95 and 31/3/95.
Action/information required to enable
progress :
Please can you clear for access urgently, as promised by your Mr Potter on
1/4/95.
Delay to programmed activity :
Prog Activity A/24 shows commencement of
Electrical 1st fix in Block A on 11/3/95
= 4 weeks delay ongoing.
Effect of Delay:
Rooms 45,46, 47 are main plant rooms and
critical to electrical progress in Block A and project generally. Any delay will “knock on” directly to
overall programme completion date of 6
July 1995.
